6 Week Beginner's Course - FLOW

Are you new to yoga, looking to refresh your knowledge or breathe new life into your practice?  This is the course for you!

Learn the foundations of Flow in a safe, fun and relaxed group setting.

Gain strength and stability and as you are progressively guided through essential standing and floor postures.  Explore the basic principles of safe alignment and natural breathing as well as key relaxation/meditation techniques to help relax the body and calm the mind.

Gain confidence in an encouraging and supportive environment, have fun with your practice!

Modifications will be offered and demonstrated at each stage of the course.  If you are recovering from injury or pregnant, please inform the teacher upon arrival.
