Learn the foundations of Yoga in a safe, fun and relaxed group setting.
Build strength and stability and as you are progressively guided through essential standing and floor postures. Explore the basic principles of safe alignment and natural breathing as well as key relaxation/meditation techniques to help relax the body and calm the mind.
Gain confidence in an encouraging and supportive environment, have fun with your practice!
Modifications will be offered and demonstrated at each stage of the course. If you are recovering from injury or pregnant, please inform the teacher upon arrival.
