Spring is the season of new beginnings & reawakening. The birds are chirping, the bees are buzzing, flowers are blooming. As we move out of the colder, slower Winter months, Spring invites us to open back up, rejoice in the warm weather, and cultivate a spirit of appreciation and aliveness.
Connect the Dots 30 Day Spring Challenge is an invitation to reignite your commitment to self-care and personal growth.
Participating in the challenge is simple. You can enrol from the Connect the Dots website (click on the Workshops tab) or in the studio at the front desk. Then simply show up!
Attend 20 yoga classes at either Oatley or Taren Point during the month of September. Every Class, Workshop & Event on the schedule counts, Workshops and Events count as two classes! There are no extra fees (normal drop in/class pass rates apply), and we will track your attendance automatically.
Keep a journal about your personal yoga challenge; what you are feeling, how your body, mind, and spirit are changing from day to day, and the connections you’ve made with yourself and other people during this time.
Complete the challenge & you will automatically enter the draw to receive a 6 week Coaching package valued at $660, plus, a 10 Class Pass valued at $180!!!
The winner of our Spring Yoga Challenge will be announced in our October Newsletter and will be notified by either phone or email.
