I found yoga in 1970 driving across Melbourne each week to attend my class. It was in a church hall with men, women, children and even a dog . We all wore leotards and tights … lovely, the mats were made from car tyres opened out and the blocks were wooden, the teacher had us moving in weird positions and told us of some very strange stuff that was connected to the practice of yoga. I was intrigued.

I would drive home feeling so goooooood. That was all I needed to know at that time in my life. Couldn’t wait for the next class.

After many years of finding yoga where ever I lived around the globe….it was a love affair.

As Yoga has helped guide me through many difficult times in my life….emotionally and physically. I decided to train to become a teacher 2004 ,so of to Byron I go to study Yogalates, it was ‘living in’ training and took 8 months to complete. It was the best thing and one of the hardest things I have done in my life. It has brought me to where I am today with the love of sharing my yoga knowledge with as many people as I can.

Since then I have taken lots of other trainings, from prenatal yoga to kids yoga, yoga after breast cancer and Yoga Therapy. I will continue to be a student and teacher of Yoga

My intention is to bring yoga to as many people as I can ….its my love ..my passion…

I hope to meet you on a mat really soon so we can share this love of Yoga
