Sour cherry and vanilla bliss balls

These are my favourite non cacao bliss balls. Just enough tart and sweetness.

To make them you will need:

  • 1 cup of Sour cherries from an organic, whole food shop ( trust me, this is completely necessary if you like a sour taste)
  • 1 fresh vanilla bean stick
  • 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of brazil buts
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut

Mix all together and roll in to delicious little balls. Set in the fridge and serve after 1 hour.
