These are my favourite non cacao bliss balls. Just enough tart and sweetness.
To make them you will need:
- 1 cup of Sour cherries from an organic, whole food shop ( trust me, this is completely necessary if you like a sour taste)
- 1 fresh vanilla bean stick
- 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of brazil buts
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
Mix all together and roll in to delicious little balls. Set in the fridge and serve after 1 hour.
