Class Descriptions

Finding a practice to suit you

Your Yoga practice starts with listening to your body.  Over time you will develop the necessary skills required to modify the practice to suit your needs each time you step on the mat. This may vary on a day-to-day basis. At Connect the Dots, we offer a variety of classes to give you a choice of either a strong flowing class or something slower with more time for deep rest and relaxation. A balance of both is key to staying consistent with your practice.

Please Note: All classes will vary from instructor to instructor in format and style. We recommend that you try our 4-week intro special in order to explore different class styles and teachers. Find what suits you best and then make the commitment practice on a regular and consistent basis.
